With 20 years of residential design experience, Kristine connects emotion and design to create inspiring spaces that reflect her clients' unique style. She loves every moment with her grandson and enjoys weekend getaways, catching up with friends, and cat reels.

As an Interior Designer for over 22 years (18 at Carpet One), Angela specializes in interior styling, new construction, and renovations. She has won the Excellence in Interior Design Award from BILD Central Alberta. She loves travelling, spending time with family, and being grounded by her faith.

With over 15 years in the design industry, Diana is passionate about design, especially renovations, new builds, and blinds. She enjoys spending time with both her family and her church community.

Cindy has over 15 years in the design industry, including 10 years at Carpet One! A two-time Excellence in Interior Design Award winner from BILD Central Alberta, Cindy specializes in new builds, renovations, and commercial work. She stays busy with her two boys and community involvement in minor sports in Blackfalds.

Jill has been on our team for as long as we can remember (seeing as we found her in a basket on our doorstep!). Specializing in staging, new builder work, and renovations, Jill is also a current board member of BILD Central Alberta. She manages a busy household and brings excellent care to every project
Multi-Family Project Manager
With 17 years of experience in the floor covering industry, Mallory is passionate about designing with Marmoleum and PVC inlays. She actively participates in industry initiatives to raise awareness of the floor covering trade. She’s dedicated to educating and training installers, ensuring quality and craftsmanship across the industry.
Insurance Specialist
Andrew has been in the flooring industry for over 30 years. When not at work, he enjoys playing the bagpipes and spending time as a proud grandparent.
Insurance Assistant
Maren graduated from Lethbridge College with a degree in Interior Design Technologies. She loves backcountry camping with her husband and cat and is often caught singing to herself in the store.
Service Manager
Jeremy has decades of experience both on the tools as an installer, and behind a desk as our Service Manager. Jeremy's talent for making gluten-free baking actually taste good is well appreciated at Carpet One!
Residential Installation Coordinator
Julie knows kung-fu, so we are all really nice to her. Actually, it's easy to be nice to Julie, because she is one of the kindest people we know. She is extraordinary at helping keep the installation department running smoothly.
Commercial Estimator & Designer
Meet Christine, our Commercial Estimator and Designer for over 5 years! Christine is known for creating budget-friendly and seamless commercial designs, helping to craft stylish, functional office spaces. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two Holland Lop rabbits.
Owner, Red Deer Carpet One
Rick and his wife Sharon are the OGs of Red Deer Carpet One. His career in flooring is approaching 40 years, and he is still passionately involved in the industry. Rick serves on several boards, including the board for the Carpet One co-op.
President, Red Deer Carpet One
Andrew grew up running around the carpet store, so flooring is kind of his thing. It's a little weird. He even dressed up as a roll of carpet for halloween when he was a kid. Andrew has been steering the Carpet One ship for over 20 years now; still running around the carpet store.
Warehouse Coordinator
Justin handles all warehouse coordination and deliveries. Known for his friendly smile and positive energy in-store, Justin is also passionate about video editing and his protein intake (and yes, he considers chicken to be the ultimate protein source)!
